We used your airport parking Oct 2011 we received a courtesy call the evening before our departure also informing us breakfast would be available next door at the pub. We enjoyed a lovely large portion of full English at a very reasonable price. On our late evening return journey the bus was outside waiting and if you weren't lucky enough to get on the first bus rain macs were provided (yes; unusual it was raining.) We recommend this excellent service.

We travelled in August 2010 and used the other car park for Cardiff Airport. We had to wait around for a bus that then dropped us in the car park miles away from the terminal!!! There were 2 of us with our 5yr old daughter, 3 cases and 3 lots of handluggage - NEVERAGAIN!!! In June 2011 we booked with HIGHWAYMAN - what a relief. It was so easy I couldn't believe it and so I've just booked again for Oct 2011 - see you then xxx.

First time I've used Highwayman Parking and I must say I'm impressed. All the staff were really friendly and the service exceptional. Arrived to be greeted by name, a nice touch. Receptionist apologised for having to charge me an extra few pounds for a mistake that I had made! Bus was waiting, we had arrived, checked in and left in less than 5 minutes. Arrived back 15 mins early (half past midnight) the bus was waiting. The friendly driver checked me in, gave me my keys and loaded my luggage, again within a few minutes we were on our way. Will have to stop for some food next time. Very highly recommended..

Posted - 17th July 2011 - Queues of people were waiting for other transport outside the airport, we just sailed passed them all to the Highwayman minibus-fantastic!..
On departure within minutes of checking in which was carried out with great efficiency a minibus was waiting to take us to the airport. On arrival a week later at midnight with 3 tired teenagers the minibus was waiting for us even though our flight was half an hour early! Queues of people were waiting for other transport outside the airport, we just sailed passed them all to the Highwayman minibus-fantastic!.

Had to write a review, as the service received by Highwayman Parking was fantastic. We have previously used other companies to park our car at Cardiff Airport, which have not been anywhere as good as Highwayman. Wonderful service, courteous staff, professionally run and I will definitely be recommending you to everyone flying from Cardiff. Thank you!

This was my first time parking with you, what a service - excellent, seamless, no waiting about. Very impressed. Will use the Highwayman Parking any time I fly from Cardiff in future. Date of travel April 2011.

I was a bit dubious about this at first as have never don off airport parking, but I have to say it was brilliant. Arrived very early in the morning and the driver was already there waiting for me. The guy on reception was brilliant, and I felt comfortable leaving my car there. On my return, the driver was there within 1 minute of my waiting at the stop, very friendly and chatty. Apologised for the wait...which in all took about 4 minutes by the time the other passengers had arrived. Got back to find my car ready and waiting to go which I wasn't expecting. Definately use again and very cheap.
Only small point to think about is don't use a sat nav to direct you.. takes you down small country lanes.. not good at 4am. but if I had actually followed the directions given to me I would have got there easier!! Thanks guys.

I have just booked the highwayman secure parking for the fisrt time. I have read the reviews and all have been excellent. I usually use Airparks but have notices these have become quite chaotic with long waiting times. We are travelling this year with our 3 month old grand daughter and have an early start at 3 am. We shall be booking again in Sept..

We have been using this company for many years and fotunate enough to take many holidays. We have never throught the world found anyone better than the Highwayman. From your first contact to book to the time they wave you on your way home the service is first rate. A worthy mention for all the staff. Nothing is to much trouble for each and everyone of them. Thank-you all for giving an excellent service at such a competative price. The directions were accurate and detaled, we were greeted and processed with the minium formality and delay, and dispite our flight being an unprecedented 22Hrs and 55 mins late arriving back in the UK, our driver was waiting for us and not a penny extra in charges were asked for. Anyone want to try and beat that service. This is one Highwayman that doesn't rob you! Thanks again - you will see us back at the Highwayman.

- I have been using the Highwayman for about 15 years
I have been using the Highwayman for about 15 years, everytime we fly from Cardiff. They are absolutely wonderful. We know our car will be safe and looked after. The staff are great, and the service to the airport is second to none. Booking either online or on the phone is quick and easy and I would not dream of using anyone else. Thank you for a great service.

I tried other companies in the past, but after booking with you some years ago I would never use anyone else as the service you offer is by far better than anyone we have been with. From the minute you enter reception, you know all the details stright away, the flight times, the reg etc. You never have to wait long for the transfer bus to take you to the airport and you are always there when we get home with a nice warm bus waiting and ou keys handed to us straight away, so there no queing for them back at reception when you get dropped off, which is great as all you want to do is get home. I have already booked you again for the 20th of August and have another 4 holidays booked between now and next August and will certainly be booking you for every one of them. I recommend you to everyone I know who is going on holidays and cannot thank you enough for the service you have always provided. Thank-you.

Very helpfull and didn't charge extra for our enforced extra weeks holiday due to the volcano. Even jump started our car after the battery had gone flat! Would reccomend to anyone.

We would like to place on record how satisfied we were with the arrangements for picking us up at Cardiff Airport this morning, to pick up our car - so nice to have everything easy after what has been quite a fraught few days and only a few hours notice that we would be on a flight at such an inconvenient time. Also very much appreciated the gesture of not adding anything to the bill for the extra days - we will certainly use your company again.

We always try to use the highwayman parking because, we find it is a lot easier than Cardiff's own parking facilities. It is easy to get there and we find the staff very friendly and polite, no matter what time of the day or night The parking rates are always at a fair price. We have used the highwayman a few times now, and no matter what time the plane lands, the coach is always there waiting for us, whether we have had a delay, plane lands early, or on time. We would always recommend the highwayman to friends and family.

My family and I have used Highwayman Secure Parking on each occasion we have flown from Cardiff. It's important when leaving for holidays to have reliable and efficient parking and transport so as not to dull the excitement, while when returning you need the same so you can get the family home without hassle from the holiday blues. Will be booking again for the New Year. See you then.

- Very Efficient
We use the Highwayman because it is competitively priced and very efficient. Infact we have used the service for over 20 years when it was run by the previous people and we have noticed very favourably the upgrading which has been done recently.

- Faultless
10 /10 Faultless service. Arrived early in the morning, easy sign in and bus waiting to take us to check in.
On return, bus was waiting to take us straight back to the waiting car. Polite drivers as well, who do all the lifting. Don't understand how people would 't be able to find this place. The Highwayman is signposted at the junction on the main road just past the BA hanger, then once your on the lane, its easy.
I would definitely recommend the Highwayman to anyone.

As a regular traveler I would recommend the Highwayman parking to anyone wishing hassle free parking that offers a fantastic service. I have over the years tried other available parking services offered to Cardiff airport and have been very disappointed. Nobody wants to wait around for 30 minutes when you are traveling to and from the Airport. The staff are most helpful and you really feel that you are the customer and they are there to look after your every need.

Although it appears that the car park is in the middle of nowhere it is not difficult to find and the directions are very accurate - you can download a PDF map with written directions that are easy to follow. The staff are really helpful when meeting you and are very organised, so you have full faith in them. The minibuses are great and the staff load your cases onto them.
I've used the service several times and have been more than happy every time. For an extra fee, they'll even valet your car for you while you're away.
I would recommend the Highwayman to anyone and have recommended it to all my friends.
