Directions

Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet will meet you in the Terminal Parking Car Park at Terminal 4. Please call them 30 minutes before your arrival time to both confirm that you are on schedule, and to agree on parking arrangements:

  1. Follow signs for Terminal 4 and the Terminal Parking Car Park. (Formerly Short Stay)
  2. Make your way to Level 2, Row F where you will be met

 

Arrival instructions

Dropping your car off is easy:

  1. Please call when you are approximately 30 minutes away from the terminal.
  2. Make your way to the Terminal Parking car park (Formerly Short Stay) at Terminal 4
  3. Once you have met the driver he will inspect your car with you for any existing damage.
  4. Edward Lloyd will then confirm your return details.
  5. Your car will then be driven to a secure compound.
  6. Please make sure when returning from an overnight long-haul flight that you enter the correct date you land in the UK. It is advised that you save the mobile number to your phone to avoid difficulty in calling us when you are on the way to the airport.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to park your car and make your way to the airport terminal. 

Return instructions

Please call once you have landed, then call again when you have collected your luggage:

Terminal 4

Make you way back to the Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 2 Row F where your car will be waiting for you.

Important information

  • Entry / Exit Fees: Customers are required to pay the entry and exit fees at the Terminal Parking car parks.

  • Last-Minute Changes: For any date or time changes made the day before your booking starts, contact Edward Lloyd by telephone on 07944 535904 to advise of the change.

  • ULEZ Charges: Ultra Low Emission Zone charges apply and will be triggered on both arrival and return dates.

  • Vehicle Condition: Edward Lloyd Parking cannot accept vehicles that are not legal, roadworthy, or safe to drive (e.g. insufficient tyre tread).

  • Vehicle Type: Left-hand drive vehicles are not accepted.

  • Arrival Call: Please call Edward Lloyd at least 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal.

Security

When you leave your vehicle with a member of Edward Lloyd’s Meet & Greet team, you can rest assured that your car will be parked in a secure compound. The car park is surrounded by security fencing and is also monitored by CCTV. 

All the drivers who take the vehicles to the premises are fully-insured, so you won’t have to worry about the safety of your car. Together, these comprehensive safety and security measures have shown the car parks dedication to providing robust security for customer.

Disabled facilities

Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet is ideal for anyone who requires assistance for their mobility or disability needs. Staff can help you load and unload your luggage. Their staff pride themselves on their personable qualities and customer service, so you can trust that you will be looked after while you register your vehicle’s details. 

If you have any questions about their disabled facilities, it’s advised that you contact them for more information.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Entry / Exit Fees: Customers must pay the entry and exit fees at the designated drop-off and collection car parks.

  • Late or Early Returns: A £30 charge applies for collections after midnight, early returns, or if you arrive on a different flight from the one originally stated. This is payable to the driver in cash.

  • Overstay Charges: £30 for the first additional day, then £10 per day thereafter.

  • Vehicle Type: Left-hand drive vehicles are not accepted.

  • ULEZ Charges: Ultra Low Emission Zone charges apply.

Opening times

The operating times of Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet are between the hours of 06:30 and 22:30. Please be advised that for any late collections after midnight, early returns or if you return on a flight different to the one orginally specified, there will be a charge of £30 payable to the driver in cash.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
