If you’re travelling northbound (clockwise) on the M25:

  1. Exit the M25 at Junction 14.
  2. Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout, following signs for T4 & Cargo (A3113).
  3. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit towards Colnbrook (A3044).
  4. Important: Stop following SAT NAV directions to UB7 0EW at this point.
  5. At the following roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Bath Road (Colnbrook, Poyle).
  6. Continue on Bath Road for about 300 metres—Maple Parking Park & Ride will be clearly signposted on your right.

If you’re travelling southbound (anti-clockwise) on the M25:

  1. Exit the M25 at Junction 14, following signs for T4 & Cargo.
  2. Take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto A3113 (T4 & Cargo).
  3. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit towards Colnbrook (A3044).
  4. Important: Stop following SAT NAV directions to UB7 0EW at this point.
  5. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Bath Road (Colnbrook, Poyle).
  6. Drive for about 300 metres—you’ll find Maple Parking Park & Ride on your right.

Arrival instructions

When you arrive at Maple Parking Park & Ride near Heathrow:

  1. Drive through the automatic barrier and enter the vehicle inspection tunnel.
  2. Follow the signs for Check-in / Arrival Bays and park in an available bay.
  3. Unload your luggage and proceed to the Check-in desk.
  4. Staff will complete a photographic vehicle inspection and check you in. This usually takes around 10 minutes.
  5. Allow extra time for the shuttle transfer, which runs approximately every 20 minutes and takes up to 15 minutes to reach Terminals 2 and 3.

Return instructions

If your return plans change and you are arriving earlier than expected, please give at least 24 hours’ notice, so Maple Parking can have your vehicle ready.

Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to clear customs:

  1. Call 01895 549230 and follow the instructions on the return card provided at check-in.
  2. The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes and will collect you from the terminal, returning you directly to the car park.
  3. Collect your keys and drive home at your convenience.

Postcode & Directions Warning

The postcode for Maple Parking Park & Ride is UB7 0EW.
However, please note that this postcode is shared with another road located inside the ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) Charging Zone. Many sat navs may direct you through this zone.

To avoid entering the ULEZ:

  • Follow your sat nav only until you reach the A3044 (Colnbrook).

  • At this point, stop following sat nav directions and instead follow the written directions provided in your booking confirmation or on the website.

  • Maple Parking is not responsible for any ULEZ charges incurred if you do not follow the recommended route.

Additional Charges & Conditions

  • If your stay exceeds the dates booked, an extra charge of £20.00 per additional day (or part day) applies.

  • No refunds are offered for unused parking days.

  • Any extra charges must be paid in full before your vehicle is returned. Receipts can be provided via email on request.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle:

    • Is roadworthy

    • Holds a valid MOT

    • Has valid road tax (Road Fund Licence)

  • Unsafe or illegal vehicles may be refused, with no refund provided for parkin

Maple Parking takes vehicle security seriously. The car park is equipped with:

24-hour CCTV monitoring, Regular security patrols & Security fencing surrounding the site.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Vehicles must be safe, legal, and roadworthy.

  • Late returns will incur a charge of £20 per additional day (or part day) beyond your booked return date.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
