Directions

Before you arrive, please call Maple Parking 01895 544382 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport to let us know you are near so Maple Parking can send a driver to meet you.

Terminal 2 - (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW). After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for T2 Terminal Parking Car Park (Formerly Short Stay). Take the right hand lane and pass under the 2.2M height restriction, follow signs for ‘Level 4’ and ‘Off Airport', keep right and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Handover Captain). Drive straight forward following signs for ‘Off Airport Parking’. Park in one of the ‘Off Airport Meet & Greet’ parking bays in rows A or B.

Terminal 3 - (Postcode for Terminal 3: TW6 1QG) After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for T3 Terminal Parking Car Park (Formerly Short Stay) At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain ) Drive up to level 4 Park in one of the ‘Off Airport Meet & Greet’ parking bays.

Terminal 4 - (Postcode for Terminal 4: TW6 3XA) As you approach Heathrow Airport, follow signs for T4 Terminal Parking Car Park (Formerly Short Stay) At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain ) Drive down to level 2, park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays.

Arrival instructions

This service is for drop-off and collection at Terminals 2 or 3 only.

  1. Call Maple Parking on 01895 544382 when you are 20 minutes from the airport so a driver can be dispatched to meet you.
  2. Follow the signs to the meeting point at the terminal you’re flying from.
  3. Once parked and unloaded, lock your vehicle and head to the Purple Desk in the lift lobby to check in with the Handover Team.
  4. Have your return flight details ready to confirm with the team — correct return date and flight number are essential to avoid delays.
  5. Your car will be photographed and taken to a secure car park by a professional driver while you make your way to check-in.

Return instructions

  1. After landing and collecting your luggage (or clearing passport control if you have no hold luggage), call Maple Parking on 01895 544382 to let them know you’ve returned so your car can be delivered.
  2. Have the unique barcoded card given to you on arrival ready to collect your keys from the Handover Team.
  3. If you no longer have the card, you’ll need to show your passport - it must match the booking name, and a photo will be taken for verification.
  4. Collect your vehicle from the following locations:

Terminal 2 - Terminal Parking Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet

Terminal 3 - Terminal Parking Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet

Terminal 4 - Terminal Parking Car Park Level 2 - Off Airport Meet & Greet

Important information

Last-minute changes

  • If you need to amend your booking date or time from the day before your parking is due to start, contact Maple Meet & Greet on 01895 544382 to advise of the change.

ULEZ charges

  • Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) charges apply and will be triggered on both arrival and return dates.

Vehicle condition

  • Maple Parking cannot accept vehicles that are not legally roadworthy or are unsafe to drive, including those with tyre tread below the legal limit.

Security

  • All Maple Parking Staff are uniformed, fully insured and CRB checked
  • Your car will be parked in a nearby car park that is monitored 24 hours a day
  • All car parks have been inspected by Specicially Trained Police Officiers
  • Member of IAPA

This is the ideal parking solution for customers who may require any extra assistance.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Height restriction: Maximum vehicle height is 2.2 metres.

  • Late returns: If you return later than your booked date, additional parking will be charged at £20 per extra day or part day.

  • ULEZ charges: Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) fees apply.

  • Vehicle condition: Maple Parking cannot accept vehicles that are illegal or unsafe to drive, including those with tyre tread below the legal limit.

  • Additional days: Extra days will be charged at £20 per day.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
