Directions

Head towards Heathrow Airport. Follow the signs for the Terminal Parking Car Park(Formerly called Short Stay), where you will then need to follow signs for off-airport parking. A member of the team will be on-hand to take your car and securely park it for you.

For Terminal 5 from M25 Clockwise:

  1. Exit M25 at Junction 14.
  2. Stay in lane signed Terminal 5.
  3. Follow road round to Terminal 5 Roundabout.
  4. At the roundabout take 2nd exit signed T5 Drop Off.
  5. Follow road round and staying right head up the ramp to the Car Park.

For Terminals 2&3 from M25 Clockwise:

  1. Exit M25 at Junction 15.
  2. Stay right and in the lane for Terminal 2&3.
  3. Follow the road round and join the M4.
  4. Exit the M4 at Junction 4.
  5. At the roundabout take the 3rd Exit, M4 (Tunnel Road East).
  6. At the "Welcome to Heathrow" roundabout stay in the right hand lanes and head straight over.
  7. Head down into the tunnel.
  8. Exit the tunnel and follow signs for your terminals Terminal Parking Car Park.

Arrival instructions

Terminal 4 (Postcode: TW6 3XA):

 

  1. Call MBW on 020 8759 5252 approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal. The team will confirm when a uniformed driver will be available to meet you.
  2. As you leave the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Terminal Parking Car Park (formerly Short Stay).
  3. Drive up the ramp and keep to the right-hand side. Enter the car park and continue down to Level 2.
  4. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking and park in rows E or F.
  5. Photograph your vehicle clearly at the drop-off area to support any potential damage claim. Please note that MBW staff perform only a cursory exterior check, and claims cannot be accepted without photographic evidence.
  6. Remove all luggage and valuables from your vehicle before handing it over.
  7. You will be met by the Handover Captain, identifiable by an orange and black MBW high-visibility jacket and company ID.

Return instructions

 

  1. Call MBW on 020 8759 5252 once you have collected all your luggage from baggage reclaim, or after passing passport control if you only have hand luggage.
  2. The despatch office will confirm a time frame for your vehicle’s return. If there is a short wait, please remain inside the terminal until further notice.
  3. If you arrive earlier or later than your booked time, please be prepared for a possible delay in vehicle return.
  4. When you reach the arrivals hall, you’ll see Costa Coffee directly ahead. Turn left and exit next to W.H. Smith, then cross the three lanes using the zebra crossing.
  5. Take the furthest set of lifts on your left up to Level 2. As you exit the lifts, the MBW desk will be directly in front of you.
  6. The Handover Captain will meet you either at the MBW desk or directly at your vehicle.

Important information

Booking Changes

  • If you need to make a last-minute change to your booking date or time (from the day before your booking starts), contact MBW by telephone on 0208 759 5252 to advise of the change.

ULEZ Charges

  • ULEZ charges apply. Please note that you will enter the ULEZ zone twice — once on your start date and again on your return date.

Arrival Window

  • MBW allows a 45-minute window from your pre-booked arrival time to drop off your vehicle at the airport car park. After this, additional charges may apply (from £7.50).

Vehicle Washing

  • Vehicles are washed within 12 hours of the booked return time. If you return earlier than booked or make changes to your booking, MBW may not be able to complete the wash as these are pre-scheduled.

  • MBW operates an open-air car park and will not offer refunds for vehicles that may be wet or have collected dirt en route to the airport.

Security

MBW's insured drivers will park your car in their secure car park which is patrolled 24 hours a day and has CCTV coverage. 

Disabled facilities

MBW Meet & Greet is ideal for anyone who has a disability and requires extra assistance as you hand over your car at the terminal, and take a short walk to check in. 

Vehicle restrictions

  • A £25 charge applies if your flight is delayed or arrives between 23:59 and 04:00.

  • An Overheight Vehicle Charge of £50 applies to any vehicle over 2.2 metres in height.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
