Arrival instructions

When you arrive at JetParks 1 at Manchester Airport:

  1. Drive up to the entry barrier - ANPR will read your number plate and the barrier will lift automatically. If the barrier doesn’t lift, press the intercom for assistance. Quote your booking reference and state that you’ve booked with APH.

  2. Park in any available space - this is a self-park facility, so you’ll keep your keys.

  3. Head to the nearest shuttle bus stop to catch the free transfer to Terminal 2.

Return instructions

When you arrive back at Manchester Airport:

  1. Follow signs to the JetParks shuttle pick-up point outside your terminal (T1, T2, or T3).

  2. Board the shuttle bus to JetParks 3 - services run every 15 minutes, 24/7, including late-night arrivals.

  3. Return to your car in the same area you parked.

  4. Drive to the exit barrier - the ANPR system will read your number plate and lift the barrier automatically.

The return process is simple and self-service, designed to get you back on the road with minimal delay.

  1. This car park offers a Semi-Flexible booking option to help accommodate your plans. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 72 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period begins at the pre-booked arrival time you select when you make your reservation.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or change your booking at least 72 hours in advance, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on the adjustments.
